Order never received, tried ringing shop multiple times no answer, order paid but clearly no intention of delivering! Shocking servive

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered at 18:15 and order never turned up. (Writing this at 21:26.) Phone ringing out when I tried to call. Many other reviews say the same. Do not waste your time with this joke of a shop.

So good didn’t even get my order it was shut

The shop was closed when I went to collect my order.

Never received delivery

Unfortunately deserts were not delivered again. This is the second time in a couple of weeks that we have tried ordering only to find the shop is shut however their app still accepts the order and confirms your order will be delivered ASAP. You get charged then have to wait a week for a refund. Feels like an easy fix for their app? Disappointing as their deserts are really good.

Ice cream never arrived

Ice creams were never delivered. Unable to reach anyone by phone at restaurant. Extremely disappointing.

Waited an hour for an order which didn't turn up. Called the shop and nobody answered.

Placed order and received confermation waited over an hour so phoned the restaurant to find that the order machine wasn't turned on and my order would need to be cancelled as the driver was away home

Amazing desserts, amazing service, friendly staff !! Will definitely be back 😀

They canceles my order after 1 hour 30 minutes and still no refund

Order never turned uo after 3 hours despite it being paid for.

Would have put minus 1 if there was the option. Waited almost 2 hours and when it came it was almost melted. Supposed to be fresh strawberries and bananas but we’re frozen, although that’s the only thing that was frozen Never again
